This year’s conference theme is NOW WHAT?! Many of us have had to learn recovery amid a disaster. At this year's conference, we will cover best practices, lessons learned, and resources at your disposal BEFORE you have a bad day. The conference will remain in the half day, full day, half day format that you all voted for.  The second day will have 3 breakout sessions: How to Document and Building Your Own Oh S*** Book, How to Work Through Recovery, and EOC Development, Coordination, and Accountability. We are lining up some dynamic speakers for the morning sessions and will have vendors there all three days.
